At SwiftXR, we believe technology is most powerful when it brings people closer, closer to understanding, to inspiration, and to joy. This month, we’re honored to share the story of a creator who embodies that spirit in a refreshingly simple way: Noriko Takao, a Japanese creative explorer using augmented reality to add joy and meaning to everyday life.
Discovering SwiftXR
Noriko first discovered SwiftXR through a social media post on X (formerly Twitter), where someone had tagged #SwiftXR in their project. It sparked her curiosity and led her down a path of experimentation, ultimately integrating AR into her own work.
“I found SwiftXR through a post on X with the hashtag #SwiftXR,” she shared.
“It was simple and interesting, and I wanted to explore more.”
For us, this is what discovery should feel like, effortless, inspiring, and empowering.
Why AR? A Path to Differentiation
In a crowded digital space, Noriko wanted to do something different, something her competitors weren’t doing.
“I chose to explore augmented reality so I could offer services that aren’t available elsewhere.”
She sees AR not just as a trend, but as a tool for differentiation and innovation, helping her bring fresh ideas to life and engage her audience in new, meaningful ways.
What She Loves About SwiftXR
When we asked Noriko what stood out about our platform, she highlighted two features:
- The wide variety of 3D images available for use.
- The seamless integration with Bubble, a no-code platform she was already familiar with.
“The variety of 3D models and how easily it connects with Bubble is what I liked most.”
This kind of flexibility and ease is exactly what we’re building SwiftXR for, so creators of all backgrounds can bring their ideas to life without friction.

A Vision for AR in Japan
Noriko’s outlook on AR in Japan is grounded in everyday life.
“I believe augmented reality will become part of daily living. For example, people might use it to redesign their rooms in AR.”
This blend of utility and imagination shows how AR is quietly becoming a part of modern routines, and creators like Noriko are helping shape that future.
Advice to Other Creators
When asked what she would tell other developers or creatives just starting their AR journey, Noriko said something we’ll carry with us:
“I hope they develop experiences that make life richer and more joyful for people.”
It’s a simple reminder that at the heart of every innovation is the human experience.
Looking Ahead
Noriko is just getting started. As she continues exploring, we’re supporting her journey by offering one year of full access to SwiftXR, so she can create tutorials and content to introduce more people in Japan to the world of augmented reality.
We’re proud to support creators like Noriko who are bringing joy, creativity, and imagination into the real world, one immersive experience at a time.
